Generally satisfied with service. PROs: - Great speed. Roadcall, came to us real fast; - Were able to find fast the particular part we needed in the specified price range and characteristics; - Communication was good during entire repair process, commendable. - Mechanic Chris seemed skilled and knowledgeable. - Labor and service price is average. CONs: - BEVARE of hidden costs! It is maybe just me, but - I never heard that there is a core charge to be paid for the purchase of the used part at a junk yard! That is silly! It is a used part not a new one! In any case, We wanted to keep the old part that we think is still functional, or might be repaired with a little effort. I recommend this place for all owner operator. This is my second time coming in to this truck shop. They are very professional very fair price. I had check engine light. I took it somewhere. They couldn’t figure out, but when I came over here, they got it done. The first time I had an oil leak I took it several different place. They were trying to rob me calling all this big number but when I came here, they know exactly where the oil was leaking and I got it done with the fair price. They are five star truck shop.
